​Following the success of the previous Wastewater Management Leadership Programs sponsored by New England Interstate Water Pollution Control Commission (NEIWPCC) will again be holding the Wastewater Management Leadership Program in 2026. The program aims to provide future managers with an opportunity to explore the skills and knowledge required to manage a wastewater treatment facility. The program is a 10-month, one meeting per month series. Admission to the program is by application only.  Application Deadline is: March 27, 2026. 

PROGRAM

Expectations of participants will be:
• Obtain permission from their manager to participate in theprogram.
• Attend all ten (10) class sessions.
• Prepare presentations to be delivered in the class.
• Shadow another facility’s manager.
• Completion of “Be the Boss Everyone Wants to Work For: AGuide for New Leaders” by William A. Gentry
Tuition Cost: $700.00
CEUs: 9 CEU’s for the 10 month attendance.
